Minisinks provide a way for policy item providers to easily reuse their policy item interface functions as an event sink that can be selected from the Add Processing dialog in the events panel. When you create a policy item with PolicyRegisterFilterEngine you register an interface that contains functions for thing such as creating, persisting and evaluating the item.
