Before you can distribute your plugin there are a few steps you need to do.
Build the Manifest file
If you have used the WinGate Module Wizard then your manifest file is already created for you.
Run ManifestPrep over your manifest file
ManifestPrep, provided under SDK\tools
Package up your files
