Request that a service instance serialise itself to a memory buffer
The handle of the service instance to serialise
Type: BYTE *
Pointer to the buffer to write the serialised data to. Only valid if pdwLen > 0
Type: DWORD *
Pointer to the DWORD that holds the size of the buffer in bytes. If *pdwLen is less than the amount of data required to serialise the instance then you should set *pdwLen to be the number of bytes required to hold the serialised data.
If the data was copied successfully then the return value should be TRUE. If there was not enough space to hold the data then the return value should be FALSE and *pdwLen should be set to the number of bytes required to hold the data.
